2. Products and Services

• We manufacture and supply various non-woven products including, but not limited to, spunbond, meltblown, SMS, and customized non-woven fabric solutions.

• Product specifications such as GSM, color, width, and packaging will be agreed upon prior to order confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full or partial payment must be made as per the terms agreed during order placement.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods.

• Any delay in payment may result in order cancellation or delay in delivery.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

• Orders must be confirmed in writing or via official purchase order.

• Cancellation after order confirmation may attract cancellation charges or forfeiture of advance payment.

• Customized or bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon and communicated at the time of order.

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

• The buyer is responsible for all freight, insurance, taxes, and other related charges unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Products once sold are not returnable unless defective or damaged during transit.

• Claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.

7. Quality and Warranty

• We maintain strict quality control during manufacturing. However, slight variations in color or GSM may occur.

• Warranty (if any) is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, improper storage, or handling by the buyer.

8. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, specifications, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Pacific & Company and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the amount paid.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated in writing.
